Welcome

Hi, RW3 Classes! I hope you are all doing well! We have about twelve days of classes left until we begin our break, so let's agree to put everything we can into this time! I know so many of you are testing (and succeeding!!), and we are just so proud of you!! I don't have all the names of students' results yet, but I do know that Joseph in AM and Sherinah in PM have successfully passed several tests! Ying, my former student who worked so hard in class, passed her final test and will graduate in the spring! We are so happy for all three of you!! I am sure I will have more shout-outs soon, so please be sure to check out this blackboard often!

And to every single person who has taken or will be taking a test to finish off the year, please remember that everything we do is a learning experience. If you pass, that's wonderful; if you miss it this time,  you still have not failed. You now have much more experience in test-taking skills and will know exactly what to expect the next time around!!

Never give up, and keep taking that shot!! When the time is right, you will score (and soar)! higher than you ever imagined!! The key is to never stop!!

Your Site Directory
Please read this section carefully so you will know what to do on every page!

The About page describes the skills you can expect to find on this website.

The Blackboard Skills page includes a spotlight on a particular skill, such as a topic in grammar, as well as an overview of a variety of subjects. Use this page as a review!

The Lessons page provides our actual classwork and contains exercises for each topic, including new skills to learn and previous skills to review. There are even blackboard activities and an introductory to a new Root of the Week, just as you would see in the classroom each and every day of the year! All sections are numbered, so you may need to scroll down to find Skills Page One, where you should begin.

The Resources page presents links to websites and other materials and resources to help you learn and practice new skills. Assignments for work on different websites will also be found on this page.

The Writing page lists assignments, writing prompts, essays, and many other ways for you to put
your  ideas on paper. You will be able to fill out a form that will email your assignments directly to me!
I can then send you feedback on your written work.

The Homework Assignments page contains homework, classwork, web and pdf links, and extension activities you can use to practice all your skills.

Be sure to check back often for new materials on every page. Enjoy!
