She wandered when this would happen. according to governor baker. it could still take some time for massachusetts to be safe.

It has been a long time since restaurants have been open for business, Julie missed seeing her friends each weekend and talking about the problems in their lives. It would be nice just to sit down at the Somerville cafe' and enjoy a nice meal without worrying about this pandemic. She wondered when this would happen. According to Governor Baker, it could still take some time for Massachusetts to be safe.
